The non-sterile, sickle-shaped swab is made of binderless non-woven. In sterile condition it is used as wound cover in the case of ear operations where the stitched wound lies behind the earlobe. The swab can also be used as padding behind the earlobe. Before use, the non-sterile product must be sterilized in accordance with a validated sterilization method. One folding box contains 400 ear swabs.
