The white, one ply instrument covers are sewn of medically bleached knitted cotton fabric without straps. The instrument covers are available in different sizes and are for single use. They are slipped over the instruments to protect them during sterilization. If left on the instruments during their use, they must be fixed beforehand with suitable and tear-proof material. They reduce light reflections of the operating light on the wound hooks and protect sensitive tissue against the instruments’ sharp edges.
